Next, after choosing the price, we will list your home, this will include placing a yard sign, postings on the MLS, Realtor.com, ColdwellBanker.com .
Custom Marketing Campaign
Within a week you will have a completely customized detailed flyer of your property advertised to your immediate neighborhood. We will also mail out postcards stating the availability of your home to area residents who might not otherwise know about it.
